Support for farmers impacted by tariffs

As the trade war continues to heat up, the USDA has promised a relief package to help farmers who have been impacted.  Those details have been kept under wraps.  David Widmar with Agricultural Economic Insights says the ongoing trade disputes have put a damper on commodity markets and have again strained farm budgets.
