Lawyers discuss what’s next after the $265 million dicamba verdict

Law firm Peiffer Wolf Carr & Kane held a telephone news conference Wednesday to discuss what they expect in the aftermath of the recent Bader Farms dicamba drift verdict in Missouri.

The law firm says it currently represents dozens of farmers with dicamba damage and that number has increased in the days since the Bader verdict. They estimate 2,000 or more farmers will file claims as a result of dicamba damage to their crops.

The call featured three farmers who say they have experienced tree and crop damage because of dicamba drift.
