Wisconsin farmers continue to struggle with harvest

Wisconsin’s harvest continues to be a struggle.
As of Sunday, the state’s corn harvest was only 30 percent complete,
18 days behind the five-year average. Soybean harvest stood at 71 percent, 15
days behind average.
