Wet, warm March for Arkansas
March 31, 2020 By John Perkins Filed Under: Arkansas, News, USDA

That followed wetter conditions in January and February, keeping soils saturated, leaving many producers unable to prepare fields, and pushing early planting behind schedule.
The USDA’s weekly crop progress and condition reports resume April 6th.
