United Dairy Industry of Michigan selects new President

The United Dairy Industry of Michigan has a new President.  The board elected Corby Werth from Alpena, Michigan to lead the organization.

Werth is a fourth-generation dairy farmer working alongside his brother and parents, managing 350 Holstein and Brown Swiss and raising their own feed on 1,100 acres.  Werth has been on the USIM board for twelve years, and is also active with the Michigan Milk Producers Association and represents Michigan dairy farmers at the national level on the Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) board.
