U.S. oat stocks unchanged on the month

The USDA is maintaining its ending stocks projection for U.S. oats.

The department expects 32 million bushels of oats to be left at the end of the current marketing year, which runs through the end of May.

That would be slightly less than last marketing year.

The average estimated farm price is $4.85 per bushel, $.15 below the January guess.

The USDA’s next set of supply and demand estimates is out March 8th.
