The importance of shooting your bow during the offseason
Whitetail deer season is over, but a hunter from Pennsylvania says that doesn’t necessarily mean deer hunters should be storing away their archery equipment until next fall.
Clint Campbell (pictured above), host of the Truth from the Stand Deer Hunting Podcast, tells Brownfield it’s important for archery hunters to practice shooting their bows all throughout the year. He says shooting just a few arrows a week can help make a difference in your ability to make good shots during the deer season next fall. But Campbell warns not to “overshoot” and says each person needs to find a good balance. Hear his full interview below on the latest episode of Outdoor Adventures on Brownfield.
