The Arkansas Plant Board has approved an amended draft rule
for dicamba use in 2020 and it now heads to Governor Hutchinson for approval. The updated rule keeps the current cut-off
date for application at May 25, but adds some additional requirements for use.
If the Governor approves the rule, there will be a 30-day
public comment period, followed by legislative review.
