Partnership forms between GROWMARK and Southern States Cooperative

GROWMARK and Southern States Cooperative are aligning the operational side of their businesses to increase innovation, growth and returns for their farmer owners.

GROWMARK, headquartered in Bloomington, IL, will assume the wholesale agronomy and energy assets of Southern States and several of their retail locations in Delaware and Maryland. GROWMARK will also share crop inputs, fuels, propane, and customer services with Southern States’ cooperatives. Southern States, based in Richmond, Virginia, will continue to deliver custom solutions, now with access to GROWMARK products, distribution, and innovation.

The partnership will officially begin on September 1^st.
