Nutrien offers digital solutions to improve profitability, sustainability

A leader with Nutrien Ag Solutions says the company is investing in new technology and innovation to help farmers.

Cameron Holbrook, vice president of digital, says the goal is “to make sure that we’re adding value for them to be able to maximize crop yields in a profitable way and a sustainable way.”

He says, for example, Nutrien Ag Solutions develops software applications and tools to enable agronomists in the field to better serve farmers.

“Everything we do is very digital and so as farmers have to operate in an extremely complex way and agriculture becomes more and more sophisticated with seed, crop protection products, and nutrients, being able to have information and data in an easy-to-use way at your fingertips can improve the way operations are done,” he says.
