New MO FFA officer team ready to work
With a tap of the gavel the 95th Missouri FFA Convention came to a close and a new state officer team began a year of service. Missouri FFA President, Sam Tummons from Columbia FFA, says he is looking forward to the year ahead.
“FFA is not sows, cows and plows anymore. It’s for everyone. I think being able to promote that a little more could boost active membership.”
The new state secretary, Karson Calvin from Troy, says he is looking forward to working with the next generation of leaders.
“FFA is just an organization that helps us grow, while helping us stay engaged in the nation’s most important industry: agriculture.”
