Nebraska’s soybean harvest nears the one-third mark

Soybean harvest in Nebraska saw a big jump last week and is nearing the one-third mark.

Soybeans are now 29 percent complete, well ahead of the 13 percent average. 

Corn harvest stood at 14 percent, closer to the 10 percent average.

Sorghum harvest was seven percent complete with dry edible beans at 75 percent.
