Nebraska’s corn rating improves

Nebraska’s corn condition rating moved higher again this week, up two points to 77 percent good to excellent.

The state’s soybean crop rated 79 percent good to excellent while grain sorghum checked in at 64 percent.

Pasture and range conditions rated 59 percent good to excellent.

Winter wheat harvest was virtually complete at 96 percent, ahead of the 90 percent average.
