Missouri dicamba complaint update

The Missouri Department of Agriculture is still in the process of reviewing 2017 dicamba off-target injury complaints.

A department spokesperson tells Brownfield Ag News they’re in the second and final phase of those investigations where documents will be thoroughly reviewed, calling that “critically important.”

After that, the ag department will begin reviewing the 2018 dicamba injury complaints.

So far this year, the department had received 84 alleged dicamba drift complaints, as of September third. That compares to 220 during all of last year and 315 in 2017.
