Minnesota growers reap the benefit of weather during harvest

Corn harvest in Minnesota remains ahead of schedule with 20 percent of the crop in with condition ratings at 39 percent good-to-excellent.  Corn silage is nearly complete at 97 percent.

Sixty-two percent of soybeans have been harvested two weeks ahead of the average with soybeans rated at 36 percent good-to-excellent.

Dry beans harvest is 86 percent complete with 73 percent of potatoes in.
