Manure equipment thought to be cause of catastrophic Texas barn fire

More than 18,000 cattle were lost earlier this week in an explosion at a dairy farm in the Texas Panhandle.

The local county sheriff says an overheated manure handling system igniting methane in the barn possibly caused the blast but the cause is still under investigation.

The Texas A&M Forest Service says the region is in a high fire danger area.

One person remains in critical condition.
