Lansing Trade Group now part of Andersons

The Andersons acquisition of the Lansing Trade Group, LLC is now official.

Prior to the merger, The Andersons owned nearly a third of the Lansing Group which will now be combined with the Andersons Grain Group.

CEO of The Andersons Pat Bowe says the acquisition creates a grain business of highly complementary assets which significantly expands their reach in the ag marketplace.

The Lansing Trade Group focused on the physical movement of commodities, operating more than 20 facilities in the U.S. and Canada and trading more than a billion bushels of grain in 2017.
