Kettler steps down as director of ISDA; will lead Agribusiness Council of Indiana

Bruce Kettler has stepped down as director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture to lead the Agribusiness Council of Indiana.  His last day at ISDA will be January 6, 2023, and he’ll begin his role at ACI in early January.

Kettler was appointed to his position at ISDA in January 2018 and currently serves as the first vice president on the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture Board of Directors.

Under Kettler, ISDA has expanded growth opportunities for Indiana agriculture, continued the state’s growth in soil conservation by increasing cover crop adoption, and led the state’s ag industry through the COVID-19 pandemic.

ISDA says it will begin its search for his replacement immediately.
