Iowa farmer elected first vice president of NCGA

Iowa farmer Chris Edgington has been elected first vice president of the National Corn Growers Association, effective this October.

Edgington’s selection puts him in line to become president of the organization in October of 2021.

The current president of NCGA, Kevin Ross, is also from Iowa.  John Linder of Ohio is the current first vice president.

Edgington is part of a family farming operation near St. Ansgar in north-central Iowa.
