Impossible Foods will soon be offering plant-based substitutes for ground pork and sausage.

Impossible Pork, similar to the company’s Impossible Burger, was unveiled on Monday and is made primarily of soy for protein as well as sunflower oil and coconut oil for fat sources.

The company plans to launch another new product, Impossible Sausage, later this month. It will be served at nearly 140 Burger King restaurants on the new Impossible Croissan’wich with a toasted croissant, egg and cheese.

In an announcement video, Impossible Foods Founder and CEO Pat Brown says their mission is to completely replace animals in the food system by 2035.
