Harvest winding down in Arkansas

As of Sunday, 99% of both cotton and soybeans were harvested.  Peanut harvest is 98% complete. Winter wheat is 96% planted, with 93% emerged. Pastures are rated 28% good to excellent.

Topsoil moisture is 83% and Subsoil moisture is 76% adequate to surplus.
