FFA chapters benefit from precision ag simulator donations

A pair of equipment manufacturers are donating precision agriculture education simulators to eleven FFA chapters.

New Holland North America and Raven Industries made the announcement on National FFA’s Give FFA Day Thursday.

Ben Sheldon with New Holland says involvement in FFA allows students to explore a broad range of career pathways, and they hope to raise interest in the precision agriculture technology sector and showcase the opportunities it offers the next generation of agriculturists.

The FFA programs receiving the precision ag simulators are:

Botkins FFA in Ohio,
Chicago Ag Sciences FFA in Illinois

Graves County FFA in Kentucky

Rossville FFA Chapter in Indiana

South Hamilton FFA in Iowa

Dodgeville FFA in Wisconsin

Mosinee FFA in Wisconsin

Whitehall FFA in Wisconsin

Cedar Crest FFA in Pennsylvania

Stockbridge Valley FFA in New York

Imbler FFA in Oregon
