COVID forces more ag events to change plans

The 2021 Iowa Pork Congress trade show has been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to force changes to some major Midwestern agricultural events.

The Iowa Pork Producers Association has decided to cancel its Iowa Pork Congress trade show in late January.  The educational seminars normally held during that event will move to a virtual format.

The Nebraska Ag Expo, formerly called the Nebraska Power Farming Show, scheduled for December 8th through the 10th in Lincoln, has been postponed to late February.

The Iowa Ag Expo, formerly the Iowa Power Farming Show, is still on for early February. Show manager Tom Junge tells Brownfield they will wait until early January to make a decision about the Iowa event.
