Completion of Michigan’s harvest still in question

Slightly better field conditions allowed Michigan farmers desperate to finish harvest get back to work.

The USDA says the state’s corn crop condition remains at 42 percent good to excellent with 56 percent harvested for grain.

Soybeans are 80 percent harvested while winter wheat is 91 percent planted.
