The CEO of Tyson Foods says the company’s beef plant in Holcomb, Kansas could be up and running within the next 60 days. The facility was partially destroyed during a fire in early August.
During Tyson Food’s quarterly earnings call, CEO Noel White says there have been tremendous steps taken by the company’s beef team to rebuild the plant and get the facility fully operational as soon as possible.
White says they’re pleased with the construction and the efforts of the community, the Tyson teams, and contractors and progress has been achieved quickly and safely.
