Autonomy to headline 2023 Farm Progress Show

The 2023 Farm Progress Show is expected to showcase more autonomous technology than ever before.

Show manager Matt Jungmann tells Brownfield multiple companies will have autonomous machinery running at this year’s show.

“When Raven started running the autonomous machines back in 2019 they were the only game in town, and now you have you have multiple solutions that are competing against each other. Certainly, we’ve never had this much autonomy.”

“The crops for the field demos look tremendous. We’re going to run 15 different combines by the time you add in the OEMs and the attachment companies and the head companies.”

Jungmann says they are running ahead of pace on advance ticket purchases from both domestic and international visitors, with representatives from a few countries who have never attended before.

The 2023 Farm Progress Show runs August 29-31 in Decatur, Illinois. It will be the 10th show hosted at the Decatur site.
