Ag Policy and Outlook sessions underway

The College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) at Ohio State University are hosting a series of Agricultural policy and outlook sessions around the state.

Extension agricultural economist Matt Roberts tells Brownfield the presentations will focus on the agricultural producer.

“So we’re talking grain markets, we’re talking input markets, farm policy or dairy markets depending on which exact county that we’re coming in to,” said Roberts. “We’re looking at practical applications, what’s going on in the markets, what can they be thinking about in the year or years ahead and how that impacts their operation.”
