AEM pleased with China tariff news

The President of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers praises the Trump administration’s decision to scale back tariffs and NOT put new tariffs this Sunday in place as planned.

Dennis Slater says it’s a step in the right direction because it would have hurt equipment manufacturers and would hurt farmers and rural communities even more than they’re hurting now.

AEM urges the administration to keep negotiating with China and remove ALL the tariffs still in place.
