2020 Farm Science Review to go virtual

Ohio State University’s Farm Science Review will be held virtually this year, the first time in its nearly 60-year history.

The event scheduled for September 22-24 typically attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year.

Cathann Kress, dean of the Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, says they are committed to delivering a “robust and innovative” virtual show in support of the ag industry during the pandemic.

Farm Science Review Manager Nick Zachrich says the event will still feature the newest developments in equipment, research, and the application to support ag production.

He says while it was a difficult decision to go virtual, the executive committee believes it’s the right decision to keep visitors, exhibitors, partners, and staff safe.

More information about the event will be shared in the coming weeks.
