Milk futures, cash dairy trade mixed

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange closed mixed Friday in a narrow range with limited cash market direction.
September Class III milk unchanged at $16.61. October up three cents at $17.18. November unchanged at $16.98. December down one cent at $17.32. January through March contracts unchanged.
Dry whey unchanged at $0.5350.
Blocks down $0.0025 at $1.7925.
Barrels up $0.0175 at $1.51. Seven sales were made from $1.4950 to $1.51.
Butter unchanged at $1.79.
Nonfat dry milk up $0.02 at $1.35. Four trades were made from $1.33 to $1.35.
