Milk futures, cash dairy mostly lower

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange did a reversal Friday to end the week lower pressured by mostly lower cash trade.

February Class III milk three cents lower at $15.63.  March down 47 cents at $16.56.  April down 40 cents at $17.14.  May down 31 cents at $17.40.  June through August contracts eight to 24 cents lower.

Dry whey unchanged at $0.5425. 

Blocks down $0.0350 at $1.5575. 

Barrels down $0.01 at $1.49.  Five sales were made at that price.

Butter up $0.07 at $1.3950.  Two trades were made at $1.39 and $1.3950. 

Nonfat dry milk unchanged at $1.1125.  Two trades were made at $1.11 and $1.1125.
