Milk futures, cash dairy mostly higher

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ended the week higher as a pick up in cash prices helped support markets.

August Class III milk up 11 cents to $19.89.  September 29 cents higher at $16.88.  October 19 cents higher at $17.36.  November up 29 cents at $17.29.  December through February contracts three to 21 cents higher.

Dry whey up $0.0150 at $0.3250.  Four sales were made at $0.32 and $0.3250. 

Blocks up $0.12 at $1.82.  Nine trades were made ranging from $1.7050 to $1.82. 

Barrels unchanged at $1.50.  One sale was made at that price.

Butter up $0.0350 at $1.4850.  One sale was made at that price.

Nonfat dry milk down $0.0050 at $0.9650.  One sale was made at that price.
