Milk futures, cash dairy mixed

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mixed Monday following in the footsteps of the cash markets.

November Class III milk up six cents at $20.31.  December down nine cents at $18.47.  January a penny lower at $17.88.  February up two cents at $17.32.  March through June contracts sex cents lower to two cents higher.

Dry whey up $0.0125 at $0.3325.  Five trades were made at $0.33 and $0.3325. 

Blocks down $0.0225 at $1.8675.  Two trades were made at that price. 

Barrels down $0.0425 at $2.1550.  Two trades were made at that price.

Butter up $0.0075 at $2.0750.  Three trades were made at $2.0675 and $2.0750. 

Nonfat dry milk unchanged at $1.2175.
