Milk futures, cash dairy higher

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange pushed even higher Friday with support from cash markets and another food box program announcement from USDA.

October Class III milk unchanged at $21.63.  November 75 cents higher at $22.19.  December up 75 at $20.16.  January 50 cents higher at $18.10.  February through April contracts six to 22 cents higher.

Dry whey up $0.01 at $0.3850. 

Blocks unchanged at $2.7725.  One trade was made at that price.

Barrels up $0.0525 at $2.4550.  Two sales were made at $2.44 and $2.4550.    

Butter unchanged at $1.4350. 

Nonfat dry milk unchanged at $1.0975.  Seven trades were at that price.
