CME milk futures, cash dairy down again Tuesday

Milk futures were lower and cash dairy prices were lower with no trading activity Tuesday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April Class III milk was down $0.03 at $18.99.  May was down $0.07 at $18.44.  June was down $0.14 at $18.50.  July was down $0.08 at $18.95.  August through February contracts ranged from unchanged in December and January to sixteen cents lower in October.

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.4475.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks were down $0.0050 at $1.9850.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.9525.  No sales were recorded.

Butter was down $0.0050 at $2.4050.  No sales were recorded.

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0125 at $1.1550.  No sales were recorded.
