CME milk futures and cash dairy mostly up Friday

Milk futures and cash dairy prices were mostly up on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Friday.

July Class III milk was down $0.02 at $22.52.  August closed up $0.24 at $20.41.  September closed up $0.48 at $20.31.  October was up $0.38 to $20.56.  November through June contracts ranged from seven cents higher in April to thirty-two cents higher in November. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.4450.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks were up $0.03 closing at $1.88. No sales were recorded.

Cheese Barrels were up $0.0425 at $1.8875.  No sales were recorded.

Butter went up $0.0350 closing at $2.99.  There were six sales ranging from $2.98 to $2.99.

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0150 at $1.64. Six sales were made ranging from $1.6350 to $1.6450.
