CME milk futures and cash dairy mixed Monday

Milk futures and cash dairy prices were mixed Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December Class III milk was up $0.20 at $21.78.  January was down $0.07 at $20.72.  February was down $0.03 at $20.52.  March was up $0.03 at $20.40.  April through October contracts ranged from eight cents lower in May to nine cents higher in April. 

Dry whey remains unchanged at $0.44.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks were up $0.0075 at $2.2075.   No sales were recorded.

Cheese Barrels were down $0.01 at $2.0525.  One sale was recorded at that price.

Butter was up $0.0250 at $2.93.  No sales were recorded.

Nonfat dry milk was unchanged at $1.43.   No sales were recorded.
