CME dairy markets down Friday

Dairy prices were down at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Friday.

Class Three June milk was down $.01 at  $15.25. July was down $.20 at $14.66. August was down $.13 to $15.36.  September was down $.14 to $15.93. The milk futures from October through next May ranged from zero to eleven cents lower.

Grade AA Butter was unchanged at $2.29 per pound.  No sales were recorded.

Barrels were down $.0250 at $1.2850 per pound.  Fourteen carloads sold from $1.2850 to $1.3125.

Forty-pound blocks were down $.0050 to $1.49 per pound.  One carload sold at $1.48.

Nonfat dry milk was down $.0075 at $.7625 per pound. Two carloads sold at $.7625 and $.7650.

Dry whey was up $.0075 to $.3975 cents per pound.  No sales were recorded.
