Innovation needed for fluid milk
For years the dairy industry has tried to figure out how to reverse the decline in fluid milk consumption in the U.S. Cindy Sorensen is Vice President of Business Development for Midwest Dairy Association, she says one challenge is the fact there are now more than 60,000 beverage choices for consumers so fluid milk needs to be creative and innovative.
