The US Meat Export Federation works on behalf of the Beef Checkoff to promote beef in foreign countries.

On this episode of Driving Demand, a content partnership with the Missouri Beef Industry Council, we’re joined by Tammy Bartholomew, a purebred Angus breeder from Drexel, Missouri who is in her 2nd term on the Cattlemen’s Beef Board. As a member of the Export Growth Committee, she is excited about the work being done to develop demand for US beef, and increase the value of the entire carcass.
