Biodiesel started in and continues to grow in Missouri… and beyond

In this edition, farmer Kyle Durham discusses how Missouri basically started soybean farmers’ involvement in biodiesel in 1991. His grandfather Don Heil was part of the original group that supported biodiesel. He discusses the start of the industry and how it continues to grow today with the support of checkoffs in other soybean-growing states, as well as the United Soybean Board and American Soybean Association.
