Farmers can take advantage of incentives by switching to propane, according to Mike Newland, agriculture business development specialist with the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC). “If a farmer wants to look at purchasing new propane-powered equipment there are incentives,” Newland told Brownfield Ag News, referring to the PERC’s Farmer Incentive Program.
