Bosch BASF Smart Farming venture bringing “smart spraying” to market

Bosch BASF Smart Farming customer acquisition manager Aaron Hunsinger says the two companies entered into a joint venture several years ago to utilize computing technology to “spot spray” weeds.

Speaking to Brownfield at the Farm Progress Show, he says camera sensors tell the machine when to spray, where to spray, and what to do.
