Group aims to prevent surgical sterilization of wild horses

A horse rescue organization has filed a lawsuit to prevent the surgical sterilization of wild horses in the west. Bruce Wagman, a partner with the Schiff Hardin Law firm in California, says his client, Front Range Equine Rescue has filed suit to prevent the U.S. Interior Department’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from rounding up and surgically sterilizing wild horses to control their population.
