The impact of inflation on your latest grocery bill

The latest Consumer Price Index showed that egg prices continue to decline.  In fact, the price of eggs is down 7.3% and year-over-year, they are down 7.9%. 

The cost of a dozen, large grade-A eggs was $2.22 compared to $4.82 at the start of the year.  While egg prices have declined — what about the other products in your grocery cart?
