Lisa the dairy cow at the Saint Louis Science Center GROW exhibit

Jerry Knebel is a dairy farmer from Pocahantas, Illinois.  He was part of the Saint Louis Science Center’s new GROW Exhibit on its opening day this summer, with his dairy cow Lisa.* Knebel says there’s a lot for people to learn about how milk gets to the store and how it’s good for them.

*While Lisa won’t be there every day at the GROW exhibit, a simulated dairy cow WILL be – and people can take a turn at “milking” it.
