Lamb is a versatile protein that fits into a healthy diet. Serena Ball, a registered dietitian with the American Lamb Board, says most lamb is grass fed and in addition to protein and other nutrients, it has healthy fats. I asked her about tips for preparing lamb and how to cook lamb (time and temp).
