A voluntary program in the beef industry has benefited producers and consumers

The Beef Quality Assurance Program has been improving beef quality and increasing consumer confidence in beef for more than 30 years. 

Trey Patterson is a Wyoming rancher and serves as the vice-chair of the BQA advisory committee.  He tells Brownfield the voluntary program continues to evolve.
