MEGHAN GREBNER

Meghan grew up on a diversified, sixth-generation family farm near Washburn, IL.  Her dad and uncle still farm today, raising corn, soybeans, and oats, and the family has a small cow-calf operation.  She majored in communications and animal science at Western Illinois University. Prior to joining Brownfield in 2011, she served as the agri-business director at her local radio station.

A graduate of the Illinois Ag Leadership Program, Grebner was awarded the 2009 National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB) Horizon Award, which recognizes the top new farm broadcaster in the country. Meghan has served as President of the NAFB Foundation since 2021. She sits on the University of Kentucky Southeast Center’s External Advisory Board and is co-chair of the PTO at her sons’ school. She and her husband Brian reside in Central Kentucky with their twin boys, Hank and Ronan, and their multiple rescue animals.
