Brownfield members honored at NAFB Convention

Several members of the Brownfield Ag News team were honored during the 76th Annual National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB) Convention held in Kansas City, Missouri November 13-15, 2019.

Anchor/Reporter Tom Steever was inducted into the 2019 Hall of Fame.

Shannon Yokley, Digital Products Coordinator, was selected as the 2019 Horizon Award winner.

Brownfield farm broadcasters did well in the NAFB program competition.

Several Brownfield farm broadcasters received tenure awards for membership in NAFB:
42 years – Ken Anderson
43 years – Tom Steever

Meghan Grebner was elected to serve on the NAFB Foundation Board and Shannon Yokley was elected to the NAFB Board of Directors as Director for the Southern Region.
